And why doesn't Ad-Aware fix it either? I already had the latest version of Ad-Aware and all the newest updates too---I CONFIGURED the settings/tweak, etc. In my above example of a .CKLASS file in a Java Jar, one would clear the Java cache. The summary tab has all the available details for this threat.
I agree that ZoneAlarm Anti-spywareshould remove it, but since it can'tlet's try removing it manually.It is known that Ad-aware can remove Istbar. You can use CleanUp or the Windows Advanced Care features for that.3. - Let it scan your system.
- Make sure Temporary Files, Temporary Internet Files, and Recycle Bin It will ask if you want to remove those items so just continue.

I've run NAV, Spybot and Spysweeper, but it still remains. Tech Support Guy is completely free -- paid for by advertisers and donations. A full scan might find other hidden malware. If you're having a computer problem, ask on our forum for advice.
