I have now only got access to my itunes library from 2009 ! Can I remove all the files (how?) then rebuild my library and then re-download all the music files? You can't transfer back from an iPod I'm afraid. If you retain all the original files on your computer, iCloud Music Library may change tags and artwork. Conclusion:This horse is dead. The .itl is created as soon as you first open iTunes on the PC (basically the .itl is the iTunes Library). I feel for you Lowlands. I assume you have a backup, right???
