I was getting extremely suspicious I had some really nasty virus. Close all open programs and internet browsers. The .ISO file is a disk image. This is the same in Firefox and Word, but sometimes if am in Firefox and hit B it will open up the Bookmarks tab, but other times I will get loads check over here

Virus That Disables Keyboard Keys

The keys that have been disabled are the enter command, the space button and the delete and backwards keys. when i press 't' TUY comes up. A loading wizard will start (you will see the menu to select the required language).
