i knew it was a syncing issue because Itunes would always freeze, then load some stupid album cover logo, but I never bothered to learn how to cancel that. also, Macs have a different code base from Windows that just doesn't like to support a lot of games developed for computers. This worked for me. I used it to manage my iPod but it's so painfully slow.
