Just Installed Win10. The Startup Screen Is Flashing. My PC Is Unuseable.
On Startup type, open it and select Desabled, not Manual. I can't do anything, it's absolutely hopeless! Microsoft was going to schedule a call until next Friday. It's working now. his comment is here
