After restarting again, there is two ctfmon again and one of them is checked even though I unchecked everything. We use it & it works great on the keyboard!Sometimes I'll take the vacuumn to the back of the tower, but of course never inside of it. If it is your systemdisk that is your problem, then you should hit F8 at startup, choose start from the promt and give the chkdsk command.
